Club Benchmarking, a Bronze NE CMAA Partner, will provide a webinar for the New England Chapter CMAA to present a framework for strategic response to the COVID-19 crisis and to introduce a free tool which will allow Chapter clubs to track monthly market trends in membership, cost of belonging and operational/capital finance – for their own clubs, their local market and the industry overall.
Our goal for this webinar is to provide Chapter Clubs with relevant, timely insights on trending between February and March of this year when your clubs were feeling the first impacts of COVID-19. Your participation is critically important and will take less than 40 minutes. Please complete and return the attached Strategic Monthly Dashboard Worksheets for February and March no later than April 30th.

The goal of this session is to help NE CMAA member clubs take a data-driven approach to the current crisis and to introduce a free tool for tracking monthly market trends for their clubs, their local market groups and the industry overall. We recommend reading "The Framework for a Strategic Response to COVID-19" prior to the webinar.
Webinar Objectives:
• Understand the short-term and long-term financial implications of the COVID-19 crisis in the club industry.
• Review monthly key performance indicators relevant to the local market including changes in member counts, dues and initiation fees, non-dues revenue and other key financial metrics.
• Learn about the NE CMAA Strategic Monthly Dashboard initiative and how your participation will strengthen your Chapter AND your club.
