Message from NECMA |
Dear NECMA Sponsor,
Back in April we communicated that we were making exciting changes to the NECMA Sponsorship Program. We are pleased to unveil the revamped program in the attached document. Our new program has fewer levels, more opportunity for manager interaction as well as some exclusive access benefits for our gold and silver partners.
As stated back in April all of your current benefits are valid through October 31st, 2019, at no additional cost, regardless of your renewal date. All partners in the sponsorship program will have the same annual cycle going forward that will run November 1st through October 31st of the following year.
We ask that you please review the enclosed program details, select which sponsorship level your company would like to participate in, and to please notify us in writing no later than September 1st, 2019. Please note that the gold level is capped at 3 participating purveyors and silver is capped at 6, thus we respectfully ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We would also respectfully ask that all 2019-20 sponsorship fees be paid by September 30th, 2019.
Should you have any questions, I invite you to please contact myself or Laura Ryan, our Managing Director. We look forward to continuing this mutually beneficial relationship and as always the entire chapter benefits from your generosity and support.
Respectfully, Chris

Overview |
The NECMA Foundation, which was established in 2011, is a 501(c)3 charitable organization of the New England Chapter of CMAA. The general purpose of the Foundation is to foster intellectual excellence in the field of club management by securing funds from contributions to be used for educational purposes and to assist students seeking an education in the hospitality profession by providing scholarship grants.
The NECMA Foundation's charitable and educational purposes are to provide educational and training opportunities to club managers and students engaged and employed in the private club and hospitality industry in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
The original David Meador Fund, now the NECMA Foundation, was created in 1975 by the New England Chapter of CMAA with a generous donation from the Members of the Chilton Club (Boston, MA) in memory of their well-respected Club Manager, David D. Meador, a Member of the New England Chapter, who passed away on September 23, 1975 while on duty at the Chilton Club.

Scholarship Tournament - Thank you! |
Good afternoon,
What a day! Yesterday we had an outstanding (and windy) day of golf at the Wianno Club for the 36th Annual NECMA Foundation Scholarship Tournament. Thank you to the tournament co-chairs Carol Bliss, CCM and David Zauner, CCM who put together the fantastic event with Mark Krebs, CCM, Lisa LaCoste, Collin Hubbell and their staff at Wianno.
This event and the scholarship program are not possible without all the participants and sponsors. Thank you to everyone who played golf, bought raffle and auction items, volunteered, sponsored and donated items. Thank you to our Platinum Sponsors, PKF Boston and Gecko Hospitality.
We look forward to seeing everyone next year for another great tournament! Jason Silbovitz, CCM NECMA Foundation President |
